It was essential that they could structure and consolidate a stable, loyal sales force across the national territory, with an in-depth understanding of the <strong>Central-Southern Italy<\/strong> dynamics. The search for the new Pharmaceutical Sales Director began <strong>taking into account all the specific client requirements<\/strong>: extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and para-pharmaceutical sectors, ability to manage a network of agents and distributors, managerial skills, and strong strategic expertise.<\/p>\n<p>Starting from a well-defined job description, the selection process was structured into <strong>four steps<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Preliminary interview<\/strong> with the Professional Recruitment consultant;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Interview with the General Manager<\/strong> of the Italian subsidiary to assess technical and strategic skills;<\/li>\n<li><strong>On-site meeting<\/strong> to get acquainted with the work environment;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Visit to the parent company<\/strong> to explore corporate values, organizational culture, and international relationships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3d51d91 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3d51d91\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The recruitment lead provided <strong>end-to-end consultancy<\/strong>, supporting both the client and the candidate throughout all phases of the process.
