The person will work in a prestigious International Law Firm in the city center of  Milan with a permanent contract.

Role and responsibility

The role involves a mix of operational IT support and team coordination, ensuring high-quality service and smooth daily operations.

In particular, the resource will be responsible of:

• Provide technical support and training to users on software and IT systems;
• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure across fixed and mobile devices;
• Manage conference room setups for meetings and events;
• Oversee IT issues, ensuring efficient problem resolution;
• Coordinate and support junior IT resources while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Skills

• Previous experience in the role of at least 4 years, preferably in a law firm;
• Fluent in both Italian and English;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular of Word (the selection process includes a test).
